I was so excited when I got this drawing of Bessie today. It looks just like her! This was drawn by GraciesMomSandi, one of my friends on SOMC. We LOVE it!
I sent my story to a bunch of my SOMC friends and
also forwarded it to Mario. He wrote back! Here's part of what he
said. "Very cool! That's seriously so awesome. I'm glad the site was
(in some way) able to make that happen! I think someone should post
this story (and a picture) in the Expressions section!"
One
of my new kitties, Prince, was posted on SOMC on October 27, 2008. I
thought it would be cute to take his picture in front of the picture
that was posted on SOMC.
This is my attempt at carving a pumpkin in my dorm using limited tools. I wanted to make a cat pumpkin, but the pattern didn't fit, so I had to freehand draw it on the pumpkin using a pattern as a guide. The tools I used to carve it were a larger size kitchen knife, a key, and a pair of scissors! I had to light it with battery operated fake candles since I live in a dorm room. Then it fell apart when I put it on a shelf, so I had to use bobby pins to hold it together! Yikes! Enjoy my amusing cat(?) pumpkin!
